Grit + Polish
From start to finish, from framing to finishing touches, there is one word that describes each and every phase of this project: grand. Transforming this time-honored brick home for the first time in decades was an honor. A lightning-fast timeline meant there were large-scale construction milestones seemingly every day, but it also meant the work warranted a more intense group effort. We managed not only the project, but also a small army of trades, vendors, subs, and specialists required to make it happen. These internal and external teams worked perfectly in sync with our knowledgeable, trusting clients and amazing architect partners. We all collectively understood the “yes and” philosophy needed to get to the finish line, though – truth be told – we didn’t want this project to end.
